Skin routines for women/girls are as follows;

Cleansing:


Start by washing your face with a gentle cleanser suitable for your skin type. Look for a product that removes dirt, oil, and makeup without stripping the skin of its natural oils.
Gently massage the cleanser onto your damp face in circular motions, then rinse thoroughly with lukewarm water.
Use a towel to make a wet face dry.

Toning:


After cleansing, apply a toner to help balance your skin's pH levels and remove any remaining impurities.
Use a cotton pad or your clean hands to apply the toner all over your face and neck.

Treatment (Optional):


If you have specific skin concerns such as acne, hyperpigmentation, or fine lines, you can incorporate a treatment product into your routine.
Choose a serum, essence, or spot treatment that targets your specific concern.
Follow the instructions on the product and apply it to the affected areas or all over your face and neck.

Moisturizing:




Apply a kind of moisture that makes your skin smooth.
Take a pea-sized amount of moisturizer and gently massage it onto your face and neck using upward, circular motions.
Let it be completely absorbed into your skin.

Eye Cream:


Apply a small amount of eye cream or gel around the delicate skin of your eyes.
Gently pat the product using your ring finger, as it applies the least pressure, to avoid stretching or pulling the skin.

Sun Protection:




Apply broad-spectrum sunscreen, even if you don't anticipate spending much time outdoors.
Take a sufficient amount of sunscreen and apply it evenly on your face, neck, and other exposed areas.
Reapply sunscreen every two hours or as directed on the product, especially if you're outside or sweating.
